1. EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE (HR & ADMIN)

Responsibilities:

1) Human Resource:
------------------------------------------

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR administration.
  • Manage employees’ leave records, medical/expenses claims, work passes, compensation, annual performance management, training records, and staff welfare benefits
  • Formulate and update of HR policies & procedures including Employee Handbook.
  • Manage a complete cycle of recruitment/selection process including conducting the orientation and coordinate on-boarding items for new hires.
  • Prepare and handle off-boarding documents such as acceptance of resignation letters and exit clearance forms.
  • Co-ordinate the organizing of company events including festival/birthday celebrations, team-bonding events, etc.
  • Any other HR related matters.

 

2) Admin:
------------------------------------------

  • Liaise with IT vendor to coordinate the setup of workstation/email/door access for new employees and for server maintenance issues, or ad-hoc IT solutions/services.
  • Manage purchases and requisitions (consumables, office stationery, printed stationery, photocopiers, pantry supplies, etc), obtain competitive quotes, prepare comparisons and make recommendations, inventory control, etc.
  • Manage contractors, vendors and suppliers contracts for office maintenance including off-site storage documents, pest control, drinking water, office cleaner, lighting maintenance, issue and record of office inventory etc.
  • Check, verify and certify invoices/claims for Finance Executive to make payments.
  • Administer workplace safety compliance and renew BizSafe certification.
  • Administer the Office Lease Tenancy Agreement renewal and tenants’ queries.
  • Any other office administration as directed.


Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • Well versed in Employment Act of Singapore
  • Detail oriented, strong work ethics when handling confidential matters, skilled in people management and negotiation
  • Able to multi-task and cope with stringent time demands
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications


2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with our business and marketing team, using the same tools and resources they do in their careers.
  • Create market development strategies in our Hubspot CRM and analyze AdWords data for trends
  • Think up new sales programs to open doors in prospective accounts
  • Help on demos and contribute in meetings to win big deals
  • Develop the Talent Management prospective database
  • Liaise directly with clients
  • Learn the Talent Management software and all its modules

Requirements:

  • Business or a related field degree
  • Passion for data and analysis
  • Relentless in getting stuff done
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and pipelines
  • Easily connect and establish rapport with new people
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

 

3. COURSEWARE DEVELOPER ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of Caregiver Training programs as per the modules identified in the Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) Framework
  • Assist in the development of learner’s guide and presentation slides based on guidelines given

Requirements:

  • Good in areas of learning & development
  • Good research and conceptualization skills
  • Good critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office & internet applications

 

4. RESEARCH & COURSEWARE DEVELOPER INTERN

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of training program content (based on guidelines given)
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Can commit for 2- 3 months on a full-time basis
  • Good research and conceptualization skills
  • Good critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office & internet applications



5. RESEARCH & SKILLS FRAMEWORK DEVELOPER INTERN

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development/conversion of skills framework on software
  • Assist in automation of the skills framework
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Can commit for 6 months on a full-time basis
  • Good critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS office & internet applications

 

6. TRAINER (CAREGIVER)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and home-based training for caregiver learning programs
  • Actively participate in trainers’ sharing in the Center
  • To do  other related program validation sessions

Requirements :

  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience if you are RNs or Allied Health Professionals or 5 years of clinical experience if you are ENs.
  • Preferably with experience working in an eldercare environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivering classroom training
  • Must be a team player with good communication and counseling skills
  • Mature disposition, patience and ability to work independently
  • Must be prepared to travel to all locations in Singapore and to work over weekends if need be
  • Proficient in English, able  to communicate and liaise with course participants in Mandarin or Bahasa language

 

7. TRAINER (ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANING)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training & Assessment in environment cleaning Requirements:
  • At least secondary education
  • ACTA Certified
  • Minimum 2 years in cleaning or related industry in the last 5 years

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

This person will have the opportunity to do real world work to help grow our business in TalentGuard Software. He/She is versatile and motivated with strong thinking and creative skills, knowledge of sales process and an eagerness to learn. This position will report directly to the Head of Technology, but will also work closely with other members of the CBLD team.

· Send continuous eDM to clients, focusing on target segment
