1. PROGRAM EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries.
  • Administrate logistics of training programs, including course registration, fee collection, ordering and printing of course materials, booking and preparation of training and assessment rooms, arranging refreshments, notifying course participants and trainers of confirmed classes, preparing attendance register and assessment schedules for classes.
  • Liaise with clients to gather trainees’ details for registration.
  • Assist trainers to prepare training materials.
  • Liaise with trainers/assessors for collection of training materials and other relevant class details. e.g. training manager’s name and contact number, training venue, attendance register etc
  • Ensure the Center’s operational effectiveness, data integrity, accuracy and quality.
  • Manage inventories of training consumables and office supplies.
  • Ensure proper use of ICOM system in support of the Center’s day-to-day operations.
  • Provide sales and marketing support including telemarketing, following up with marketing leads, organizing marketing events like Community of Practice sessions, etc.
  • Liaise with companies or individuals regarding their training requirements.

  • Schedule assessment dates and time with trainers and candidates.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels

  • Basic Computer literacy in MS Office (ie. MS Word, MS Excel,)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the profitability of the Center and meet the target number of training places

  • Assignment of trainers and assessors and monitor their performance, including providing feedback for improvement
  • Review training programs based on feedback from trainers and course participants

6. TRAINER (CAREGIVER)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and home-based trainings for caregiver learning programs

  • To do  other related program validation sessions

Requirements :

  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience  if you are RNs  or Allied Health Professionals  or  5 years of clinical experience if you are ENs.
  • Preferably with experience working in an eldercare environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivering classroom training
  • Must be a team player with good communication and counselling skills
  • Mature disposition, patience  and able to work independently
  • Must be prepared to travel to all locations in Singapore and to work over weekends if need be
  • Proficient in English, able  to communicate and liaise with course participants in Mandarin or Bahasa language
